Following the success of last year’s event, we are delighted to announce that it will now become an annual occasion. We warmly invite families, friends and the Community to join us for a day that not only supports vital fundraising for our field improvements, but also offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy quality time together in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
With over 35 stalls already confirmed, visitors can browse a fantastic selection of crafts, gifts, toys and much more. In addition, our traditional fete attractions will be in full swing, including the coconut shy, buzzer game, hook-a-duck, tombola and more — alongside an exciting raffle featuring a variety of generous prizes and donations.
We are also pleased to welcome The Green Cow Catering, as well as a Greek gyros, Dessert, Ice Cream, Pims, Beer and a hot beverage van, ensuring a great choice of food and refreshments throughout the day.
This promises to be a vibrant and enjoyable event with something for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you for what is sure to be a memorable day.
What a start to 2026. Our surface improvement fundraising bingo evening at Thorrington village hall on January 24th brightened up a dull wet January for all who attended. Great to see old and new faces. Thank you to Jonathan Allinson for being our caller and to all of you who contributed and attended, we raised over £950 - a huge amount towards our all weather surface.

Our next event was the Equine Boot Fayre held by kind permission of Alison Power.
Well done and thank you to all who came to our surface improvement fundraising car boot sale on Saturday I hope you sold and found what you were looking for and enjoyed the bacon butties. We raised further funds towards our all weather surface - about £280. You are all fabulous in supporting the club, it’s appreciated.

April 11th - Pleasure ride
Despite it being a rather blowy day, we were lucky that the sun came out and it stayed dry.
A massive thank you goes to Jane Hubert and her father for so kindly allowing us to ride around their tracks. Thanks also to Kim Fullalove and Sarah Copland for helping Jane with the setup the day before.
And of course, a very big thank you to everyone who came along to ride around the Huberts’ land. For some of you, it was your first trip—or even your first canter on grass this year —which is fantastic!
It was wonderful to see a mix of familiar and new faces, and it’s safe to say a lot of fun was had by all. Many thanks again to everyone involved
