Sunday 16th August 2025 - Family Fun day
Well what can I say except a massive thank you to everyone who helped make our first Family Funday become successful. Lots of hard work went on behind the scenes and on the day.
Massive thank you to our sponsors too, GCS Alarms and PJ Transport your support was massively appreciated.
Thanks to all our stall holders for taking a punt on us and taking part and for the lovely feedback, asking to come again next year!
The funday made £1515.13 to go towards our fundraising, so next year it's going to be bigger and better and looking forward to more members stepping forward to help us run these big events which we are doing for you because you said you wanted a surface to ride on at the club field.
Our Surface improvement fundraising Fun Dog Show on 9th August was a huge success. The gate was very busy with no shortage of attendees, many of whom had never been to a dog show before. The judges were kept very busy with all classes well attended. We raised over £1200. And would like to thank all the sponsors who supported us with prizes for each class. Lots of smiling faces and happy dogs left the event litter free, with goodies from stall holders and having made new friends. A big thank you to all who attended and supported. We hope to organise another in late Spring 2026.

DOG SHOW - 9TH AUGUST
Julia Hopgood hosted our wreath making fundraising event on 6th December Her expertise was greatly appreciated. It was fun, with lots of beautiful creations made. Thank you to all 32 participants who came, your support is appreciated. And a word of thanks to those who made it happen Amanda HooperAli PowerKim FullaloveSarah Copland. We raised over £600.
