Charges are:
SHOW JUMPING RING - £7
FLAT WORK - £4
The
field will be available for hire most days unless it is closed for maintenance or show preparation which usually takes place at the weekends. The
inner gate must be locked and the outer gate closed, unless you are asked to leave it open for the next person. Both gates must be shut when you leave.

These charges are per horse and usually bookings are for about an hour. Please will parents make the booking for juniors who must be accompanied by a parent, senior member or instructor. The committee have agreed that non members may ride members horses provided that the member makes the booking and is responsible for the use of the field and equipment.
Please do not use the Show Jumping Arena for flat work or grid work, only show jumping. The ring was badly worn last summer and is not easy to repair. These rules must be obeyed, anyone mis-using the show jumping arena or equipment will not be allowed to hire the field again.
Please make your bookings at least 24 hours before you would like to hire the field, if you have to cancel or are doubtful about the field conditions, please phone Philip.
Please will hirers make sure that poles are all off the ground and the cups on the stands - they soon get lost in the grass and could cause a horse considerable damage is trodden on. Your help to keep the field tidy and to prolong the life of the jumps will be greatly appreciated. Sometimes the jumps are on the ground when you arrive, due to wind or vandals, but please pick them up as well. It is in everyone's interest to take care of our jumps.
Please report any breakages so that they can be repaired. You wil not be charged for them.
